"Isaac Adjin Bonney is the Director of the Internal Audit Function at the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA), Ghana, where he leads audit strategy, compliance oversight, embedding risk-based internal auditing and audit staff development across the Sector Ministry. He is an experienced auditor with expertise in internal audit standards (GIAS, IPPF), risk management, and public sector governance. Isaac is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants-Ghana, where he is the Coordinator of District Societies of ICAG and the Chairman of Adentan District Society of ICAG, a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors, Ghana. Ike is a Certified Forensic Investigation Professional, member of the Institute of Directors-Ghana, Institute of Public Accountants-Australia, Institute of Financial Accountants-UK, ISACA-USA & Ghana and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners-Ghana Chapter. He has been a Partner of an Audit Firm - Deverge Ghana since 2023, a category B' firm in Ghana. Internationally, Deacon is chairing the Finance & Audit Committee of the International Institute of Democracy and Electoral Assistance headquarters in Sweden since June 2020, and he has been reappointed for a Second term ending June 2026. Over the years, Isaac has: - Designed and implemented *strategic and annual audit plans* for both public institutions and private sector organisations. - Led the development of *audit manuals, training calendars, and competency-based appraisals* to strengthen staff capacity. - Facilitated and participated in *national and international audit conferences*, contributing to knowledge sharing and professional growth. - Supported staff advancement through *mentorship and training programs*, including preparation for CIA and CA certifications. Beyond his professional role, Isaac is passionate about *continuous improvement in audit practice, digital transformation in governance, and sustainability integration in public financial management*. Mr. Bonney has previously served on the Audit Committees of the National Board for Professional and Technical Examinations (NABPTEX), Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) & Tema General Hospital. Currently, he serves on the Ministry of Gender, Children & Social Protection, Kibi Government Hospital, Institute of Directors (Ghana) and Forestry Commission. He is recognised as a *principled, strategic leader* who values professionalism, ethical standards, and staff empowerment, consistently aligning individual growth with organisational objectives. Isaac is married to Naadu Bonney, and they have a daughter, Naa Shedaa. He is with the Calvary Baptist Church Adenta, where he chairs the Audit Committee and is a Deacon responsible for Men's Ministry and Mount Carmel Area Sheepfold."
"Isaac Ntim Asamoah is a Physician Assistant from Kadjebi, known for his outstanding leadership and dedication to student development. He has demonstrated strong leadership qualities through his active involvement in student governance, institutional representation and professional development initiatives. He previously worked with the Krachi West District Hospital as a professional nurse before furthering his education at Presbyterian University, where he obtained a First Class Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Physician Assistantship. He later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Accra Business School, now known as Gold Coast University. Isaac has held several notable leadership positions, including serving as the Council of Elders Representative for the Physician Assistantship Department in 2022, SRC/Unified President of the five (5) campuses of Presbyterian University, Ghana for the 2022/2023 academic year, and PUSAG President for the 2023/2024 academic year. He also serves as the Business Development Manager and General Manager of the Cultural Exchange Program at 1st Flight Africa. He is the CEO and Founder of the Ntimas Foundation, a youth organization that promotes youth development.
